Girls sublimation shirt blank: a white 6+ oz 70/30 poly ruffle tee, short sleeve, plain chest, 11 sizes 6M to girls' 12, ships same or next business day. It's the girl's tee in a sublimation line of 17 styles, packed in our Attalla, Alabama warehouse.
The ruffles sit in two places, and only one of them bounds your press area. The cap sleeves are puffy, gathered at the shoulder seam and again at the sleeve edge, and a second ruffle runs the full width of the hem. Between them the chest panel is flat interlock, 11.75 in across at 2T, so a full-front transfer lies down with no seam under it as long as the art stops above the hem-ruffle seam.
Crafters press to the flat measurement, so here it is across all 11 sizes:
- Chest, laid flat: 10.5 in at 6M, 11.75 in at 2T, 13 in at 5T, 15.25 in at girls' 12
- Length: 13.75 in at 6M up to 23.75 in at girls' 12
- Sizes: 6M, 12M and 18M, toddler 2T through 5T, then 6, 8, 10 and 12 — the girls' styles carry on where the boy's tee stops at 8
The 30% cotton is why it drapes better on a toddler than a 100% poly jersey. Color reads a little gentler for it, closer to vintage; an athletic design that needs full saturation wants 100% poly. White only: dye-sub ink is translucent and needs a light ground. Our sublimation blanks guide has the settings we run — 385 to 400°F, 45 to 60 seconds at medium-firm pressure, and a 5 second pre-press.
The boy's sublimation tee is the same white blend in 6M through 8, and the long sleeve ruffle tee carries the ruffle down a full-length sleeve. The other 14 styles are on our sublimation blanks page. When the job is embroidery, work from the cotton ruffle tee; it won't take sublimation ink. There's no minimum, so one 3T can go to a craft fair before you order the rest.

How does the fit compare to regular kids' shirts?
Our shirts are true to size with a built-in shrinkage allowance. Boy's styles have a slim, naturally tapered fit with extra length. Girl's styles include signature ruffle or flutter sleeve details.
Will the fabric hold up to dense embroidery?
Yes. Our 6+ oz 100% combed cotton interlock is specifically chosen for embroidery. It's noticeably thicker than standard blanks and holds dense stitches without puckering or tearing.
What makes this a sublimation blank vs a regular blank?
Our sublimation blanks use a 70% polyester / 30% cotton blend that allows sublimation ink to bond permanently. Regular blanks are 100% cotton, which is better for embroidery but won't hold sublimation prints.

We process orders Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) during normal business hours in the order in which they are received.
