White boys short sleeve tee shirt for sublimation: a blank in 6+ oz 70% polyester / 30% cotton interlock, nine sizes 6M-8, ships same or next business day. It's the sublimation blank we ship more of than any other: plain white front, crew neck, no pocket, nothing in the way of a full-front print.
The 70% polyester is what the ink bonds to; the 30% cotton is what kids feel. A 100% polyester blank gives the punchiest color but feels like a sports jersey. This interlock lands softer than that and drapes better on a toddler; the trade is a slightly gentler, more vintage-looking print, which most boutique and craft-fair sellers we ship to want. If an athletic design needs maximum saturation, you want 100% poly, not this.
White only: dye-sub ink is translucent, so on a colored shirt the shirt color shows through and shifts your design. Pre-press 5 seconds, then 385-400°F for 45-60 seconds under medium-firm pressure on quality sublimation paper. The ink bonds to the polyester and holds through washing. Nine sizes run 6M, 12M, 18M, 2T through 5T, then youth 6 and 8, with a tapered shoulder and a little extra length so a chest transfer lands where you placed it instead of riding up. Size the art off these numbers:
- Chest width, flat: 10.5 in at 6M, 12 in at 2T, 14 in at 5T, 15.75 in at size 8
- Length: 13.5 in at 6M, 16.25 in at 2T, 18 in at 5T, 21.5 in at size 8
- A name-and-number print on a 12M has 11 in of chest; a full-front photo on a size 6 gets 15 in across

How does the fit compare to regular kids' shirts?
Our shirts are true to size with a built-in shrinkage allowance. Boy's styles have a slim, naturally tapered fit with extra length. Girl's styles include signature ruffle or flutter sleeve details.
Will the fabric hold up to dense embroidery?
Yes. Our 6+ oz 100% combed cotton interlock is specifically chosen for embroidery. It's noticeably thicker than standard blanks and holds dense stitches without puckering or tearing.
What makes this a sublimation blank vs a regular blank?
Our sublimation blanks use a 70% polyester / 30% cotton blend that allows sublimation ink to bond permanently. Regular blanks are 100% cotton, which is better for embroidery but won't hold sublimation prints.
