Sublimation blank unisex short sleeve bubble: 6+ oz 70/30 poly interlock fabric, a snap crotch, in white, and 5 sizes running from 6M through to 3T.
Short sleeves with a full, flat front panel and an easy press on all 5 sizes — the sleeve seams sit outside the transfer area, so a full-coverage design runs to the edge of the panel without crossing a seam. The snap crotch sits below anything you would press.
All 5 sizes, measured flat:
- Length: 14.5 in at 6M, 15.5 in at 12M, 16.5 in at 18M, 17.5 in at 2T, 18.5 in at 3T
- One inch of length per size step, so 1 transfer size carries across the run
- 5 sizes: 6M, 12M, 18M, 2T and 3T
White only, and that is chemistry rather than a stocking choice. Sublimation ink gasses into the polymer and takes the color of the ground with it, so a dark or heavily colored blank returns a muddy transfer. 1 white ground is what makes a full-color design come back the color you designed it.
The 70/30 poly interlock is the compromise that matters: enough polyester for the ink to bond permanently, enough cotton for a hand that does not feel like 100% poly on a newborn. A 100% poly blank presses brighter; this one is the version a customer will actually put on a baby.

The chest area works best for monograms and small designs. Our rompers are cut with enough front panel space to comfortably hoop and stitch without hitting seams.

Yes, our rompers feature snap closures at the crotch for easy diaper changes while keeping the embroidered area looking great.
What makes this a sublimation blank vs a regular blank?
Our sublimation blanks use a 70% polyester / 30% cotton blend that allows sublimation ink to bond permanently. Regular blanks are 100% cotton, which is better for embroidery but won't hold sublimation prints.

Shipping Information
We process orders Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) during normal business hours in the order in which they are received.
