You press the front; the back stays soft against a baby. That 2-layer build is also why these press faster than a single-layer garment — the terry holds heat under the face.

White only, and that is chemistry rather than a stocking choice. Sublimation ink gasses into the polymer and takes the color of the ground with it, so a dark or heavily colored blank returns a muddy transfer. 1 white ground is what makes a full-color design come back the color you designed it.
Keep a design in the center channel between the 2 ruffles. A transfer that runs into the gather will show it, and the ruffle sits proud enough of the face to lift the platen slightly at the edge.
For the full flat face, the plain burp cloth is the same build without trim, and the ruffle bib matches. No minimums, no Tax ID required.
