Our boy's short sleeve tee shirt is a sublimation blank cut from a 6+ oz 70/30 poly interlock, in white, in nine sizes from 6 months through youth size 8.
Cut with a naturally tapered shoulder and a little extra length, so a chest transfer lands where you placed it instead of riding up. Sizes 6M, 12M, 18M, 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T, 6 and 8.
White only — sublimation ink needs a light polyester surface to bond with. The 30% cotton in the blend trades a bit of color punch for a softer hand, which is what most boutique and craft-fair sellers are after. Temps and dwell times are in our sublimation blanks guide.

How does the fit compare to regular kids' shirts?
Our shirts are true to size with a built-in shrinkage allowance. Boy's styles have a slim, naturally tapered fit with extra length. Girl's styles include signature ruffle or flutter sleeve details.
Will the fabric hold up to dense embroidery?
Yes. Our 6+ oz 100% combed cotton interlock is specifically chosen for embroidery. It's noticeably thicker than standard blanks and holds dense stitches without puckering or tearing.
What makes this a sublimation blank vs a regular blank?
Our sublimation blanks use a 70% polyester / 30% cotton blend that allows sublimation ink to bond permanently. Regular blanks are 100% cotton, which is better for embroidery but won't hold sublimation prints.

Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
No minimum order quantity required. You can buy 1 shirt or 100 shirts.
Shipping Information
We process orders Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) during normal business hours in the order in which they are received. However, expedited-shipping orders are a higher priority and are processed more quickly. Orders are shipped within 24 business hours, unless we experience high order volume.
