Micro-stripe is the same garment as our wider striped ruffle pant with the pitch pulled in, and the narrower stripe is what makes it the better ground for a small design. A wide stripe competes with a monogram at 2 inches; a fine one reads as texture and lets the stitching stay the subject. The ruffle sits at the leg opening only, so the panel above it is the flat field.
