A Peter Pan collar is a flat, rounded collar in two pieces that meet at the center front; here it's cut from the same white interlock as the body, so it takes thread as well as the chest does.
A monogram shop sells this shirt two ways: initials on one collar tip, or a name or applique on the plain front below it. The puff sleeves are gathered at the shoulder and finished with a narrow band, so keep designs off the gathers. The body is straight with a plain hem, and the one keyhole button sits at the back neck, so nothing on the front gets in the way of a 4x4 hoop.
