Blank girls flutter sleeve top for embroidery: 6+ oz 100% cotton interlock, 6 solid colors, ten sizes from 12M to 12, ships same or next business day. It's the solid twin of our gingham flutter tee, and it moves hardest March through June out of our Attalla, Alabama warehouse.
The flutter is a gathered cap ruffle that fans out over the shoulder seam, with an open armhole and no sleeve tube under it, so it stays out of a chest hoop. The crew neck is bound with a flat self-fabric edge, not a ribbed collar, and the hem is straight with no ruffle. Between them the front is plain interlock, 14 in long at 12M and 21 in at size 10, so a name, a monogram or a full-front applique lands flat.
Size the design off the flat chest widths: 11 in at 12M, 11.75 in at 2T, 13 in at 5T and 14.5 in at 10. A 4 in birthday name on a 3T (12 in across) leaves 4 in of plain fabric either side. Ten sizes: 12M and 18M, toddler 2T through 5T, then kids' 6, 8, 10 and 12.
The 6+ oz interlock takes embroidery, applique, HTV and DTF. Set the press for cotton; there's no polyester in it, so it won't take sublimation. Etsy shops list it as a girls flutter sleeve t-shirt with a name on the chest, and boutiques order it in sibling runs for summer.
The 6 solids are White, Red, Pink, Pale Yellow, Ice Blue and Navy Blue. White is the color we ship most of on this tee, more than half of the run, and it takes any thread. Navy Blue and Red cover the school side, and Pale Yellow and Ice Blue are the spring pastels.
For a print, the gingham flutter sleeve tee comes in 4 gingham colors. The short sleeve ruffle tee adds a hem ruffle, 28 colors from 6M; the girl's tank top is the other summer shirt, in 7 colors. The polka dot shorts in our photo match the white tee, and the rest are on our shirt blanks for embroidery page. There's no minimum, so try 1 white before the summer run.

How does the fit compare to regular kids' shirts?
Our shirts are true to size with a built-in shrinkage allowance. Boy's styles have a slim, naturally tapered fit with extra length. Girl's styles include signature ruffle or flutter sleeve details.

Yes. Our 6+ oz 100% combed cotton interlock is specifically chosen for embroidery. It's noticeably thicker than standard blanks and holds dense stitches without puckering or tearing.

We process orders Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) during normal business hours in the order in which they are received.
