Girls gingham flutter sleeve tee blank: 6+ oz 100% cotton white body, gingham in aqua, pink, red or purple, sizes 12M-10, ships same or next business day. Every colorway is the same white interlock tee; the gingham color you pick shows in 2 places, the flutter sleeves and the neck binding.
The round neck is bound in gingham, the flutter is a short gathered cap of the same woven gingham over a sleeveless armhole (no set-in sleeve under it), and the hem is plain. That leaves a plain white front, so a 3 in chest monogram or a name stitched in the gingham color is all this shirt needs; the check does the decorative work. It's woven, not a print, so the squares stay on grain through washing.
Size the design off the flat chest: 11 in at 12M, 11.75 in at 2T, 13 in at 5T and 14.5 in at girls' 10, with length from 14 in to 21 in across 9 sizes (12M, 18M, toddler 2T through 5T, then 6, 8 and 10). A 3 in initial on the 12M leaves 4 in of white on either side, and the flutter cap folds back out of the hoop.
It's cotton from binding to hem, so embroidery, applique, HTV and DTF all work; set the press for cotton. Sublimation won't take; that needs a polyester blank.
