Size the design off the flat measurements. There are seven sizes:
- Waist: 7.5 in at 12M, 8.25 in at 2T, 8.75 in at 4T, 9.25 in at 5T, 10 in at 6
- Sizes: 12M and 18M, toddler 2T through 5T, then kids' 6 — the run stops before our pants, which continue to 10
- Measurements are taken flat, so double the waist figure for the full circumference
