The collar is flat and rounded, two halves meeting at the center front with no placket under it. The shirt closes with one button on a tab at the back of the neck, so the front is one plain piece of 6+ oz white interlock from collar to hem. A chest monogram, a name or an applique lands there with nothing to stitch around. The short sleeves end in a turned-back cuff band, not a plain hem. It'll take embroidery, applique, HTV and DTF; there's no polyester in it, so set the press for cotton and skip sublimation.
