Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of imperfections should I expect?
Imperfect items may have minor cosmetic issues such as a small spot, slightly uneven stitching, or an irregular neckline. The imperfections are surface-level and do not affect the garment's durability or how well it takes embroidery.
Can I return imperfect items?
Imperfect items are final sale and cannot be returned. Tags are snipped or marked to prevent return. We recommend these for practice projects, testing new designs, or when you want to save on materials.
How does the coat close?
With velcro tabs, so a toddler can manage it and the closure stays clear of a chest monogram.
Where is the best place to embroider a hooded coat?
The chest panel. The hood and the velcro tabs stay outside the hoop, so the design sits flat and centred.
