The zip runs the full length of the sleeper, which is what makes it a parent's choice at 3am and a decorator's problem at the hoop: a chest design has to sit to 1 side of the zip tape rather than centered on the body. Work the left chest, or drop a name onto the leg panel where the fabric is uninterrupted.
Three sizes, newborn through 6 months, measured flat:
- Chest width: 9.75 in at NB, 10 in at 3M, 10.25 in at 6M
- Length: 18.5 in at NB, 20.75 in at 3M, 22.75 in at 6M
- Only 0.5 in of chest width separates newborn from 6 months, so 1 design file covers the run
Both of the 2 colors are hospital-bag colors: White for a monogram in any thread, and Light Blue for the gift bought before anyone has met the baby.
A full-length zip is the fastest closure on any of our newborn pieces, and it is the reason the design has to go beside it rather than across it. The 3 sizes cover the first 6 months on 1 design file.
The ruffle zipper sleeper is the girl version in White and Light Pink, and the Peter Pan sleeper is the collared cut in the same 3 sizes. No minimums, no Tax ID required.

How does the fit compare to regular kids' shirts?
Our shirts are true to size with a built-in shrinkage allowance. Boy's styles have a slim, naturally tapered fit with extra length. Girl's styles include signature ruffle or flutter sleeve details.

Yes. Our 6+ oz 100% combed cotton interlock is specifically chosen for embroidery. It's noticeably thicker than standard blanks and holds dense stitches without puckering or tearing.

Shipping Information
We process orders Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) during normal business hours in the order in which they are received. However, expedited-shipping orders are a higher priority and are processed more quickly. Orders are shipped within 24 business hours, unless we experience high order volume.
