The flutter is a gathered cap that fans over the shoulder with no sleeve tube under it, so on all 5 sizes it stays entirely clear of a chest hoop. Below it the front is a single flat field from the shoulder seam to the leg opening — the bubble gathers low, well under anything you would stitch. With no sleeve tube and no seam crossing the chest, the field is as clear as anything in the 5-size baby line.
