The flutter is a gathered cap that fans over the shoulder seam with no sleeve tube under it, so across all 10 sizes it stays clear of a chest hoop entirely. Below the neckline the front is plain interlock all the way to the hem — no waist seam, no placket, no ruffle to work around. It is the simplest dress surface we stock.

What length are the dresses?
Our empire waist dresses are knee-length with a ruffle hem. The high waistline gives you a generous chest area for embroidery, monograms, or applique.
Can I embroider on the skirt portion?
While the chest area is ideal for hooping, some crafters do embroider on the skirt. The 6+ oz interlock fabric holds stitches well throughout the garment.

Shipping Information
We process orders Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) during normal business hours in the order in which they are received.
