The collar is what changes your hooping, so start there. It's a flat, pointed collar cut from the same interlock as the body, and it lies down instead of standing up the way a ribbed knit polo collar does. A 2-button placket closes the neck, and everything below that second button is plain front. The short sleeves finish in a plain sewn hem, no ribbed band, and the bottom hem is straight, so a sleeve initial goes on flat too.
Work the design to the flat chest width. There are 9 sizes:
- Chest, laid flat: 10.5 in at 6M, 12 in at 2T, 14 in at 5T, 15.75 in at size 8
- Length: 13.5 in at 6M, 16.25 in at 2T, 18 in at 5T, 21.5 in at size 8
Embroidery, applique, HTV and DTF all work on it. There's no polyester in the 6+ oz interlock, so set the press for cotton and leave sublimation for a poly blank.

Our shirts are true to size with a built-in shrinkage allowance. Boy's styles have a slim, naturally tapered fit with extra length. Girl's styles include signature ruffle or flutter sleeve details.
