Blank Boy's Long Sleeve Polo Style Collared Shirt

Boys long sleeve polo shirt blank in 6+ oz 100% cotton interlock: white, heather gray, ice blue, navy and red, sizes 6M-8, ships same or next business day. Most of the ones we ship go out August through January.

Look at the front before you plan the design. The collar is a flat fold-over collar cut from the same fabric as the body, not a ribbed knit, above a placket with 2 buttons that match the shirt color. There's no chest pocket, so below the second button the chest is one plain panel of interlock, and a left-chest monogram or a full-front applique hoops onto flat fabric. The sleeves end in a plain hemmed cuff and the hem is straight.

Size the design off the flat chest width. There are 9 sizes:

• Chest, laid flat: 10.5 in at 6M, 12 in at 2T, 14 in at 5T, 15.75 in at size 8
• Length: 13.5 in at 6M, 16.25 in at 2T, 18 in at 5T, 21.5 in at size 8
• Sizes: 6M, 12M and 18M, toddler 2T through 5T, then kids' 6 and 8

On a 2T the left half of the chest is 6 in wide, so a 2 in monogram beside the placket has interlock on both sides.

Embroidery, applique, HTV and DTF all work here. HTV and DTF press onto the same chest panel; set the press for cotton, since there's no polyester in the 6+ oz interlock. It won't take sublimation, which needs a polyester blank.

Navy and red take the fall photo and holiday card orders, white takes a colored thread for school sets, and heather gray and ice blue fill out sibling sets. They're the same five colors as the short sleeve polo, so a spring polo and a fall polo match in the same navy.

For a pattern, the gingham-trim long sleeve polo runs 12M to 6. The plain boys long sleeve tee covers the same 6M-8 run in 16 colors, and the rest is on our shirt blanks for embroidery. There's no minimum, so an Etsy shop can stitch one navy before a fall run.
