Same construction as our long sleeve doll dress, with a gathered puff at the shoulder instead. The puff sits outside the chest panel, so it changes nothing about hooping across all 6 colors — the velcro back still opens the dress flat and the front stays one uninterrupted field. It is the version that photographs as a spring or summer set.

What length are the dresses?
Our empire waist dresses are knee-length with a ruffle hem. The high waistline gives you a generous chest area for embroidery, monograms, or applique.
Can I embroider on the skirt portion?
While the chest area is ideal for hooping, some crafters do embroider on the skirt. The 6+ oz interlock fabric holds stitches well throughout the garment.

Shipping Information
